Approach

I am a Gestalt-informed and existentially minded professional whose work is embedded in the principles of hope, integrity and compassion. I employ a diverse range of approaches, interventions and practices to increase your awareness, build your potential and support you to achieve your desired outcomes. Inspired by questions of human existence, the meaning of life and purpose, I welcome you into an authentic partnership of discovery and growth. My practice is further supported by key developments in neuroscience, somatic awareness and trauma-informed care.

I bring over 20 years of professional and volunteer experience across 3 countries in the for-purpose sector and am a skilled therapist, a passionate leadership practitioner and a seasoned facilitator of personal transformation processes and important gatherings. I proudly serve on the teaching faculty of the Masa Leadership Center as well as The School of Life and am a registered external program  facilitator with Corrective Services NSW. I am also a former pro bono therapist at the Aids Council of NSW (ACON), with extensive experience working in and for the LGBTIQ+ community.
